Wild Garlic Pesto
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups wild garlic leaves
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup macadamia nuts (cashews are tasty as well)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, more to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, more to taste
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until you reach a smooth consistency. I always use steamed jars to store the pesto in a cold, dark place.
